A shuttle transfer brings you to the southern Caribbean coast to Puerto Viejo where you can relax in the afternoon at a beautiful beach. Hotel Azania Bungalows***or Hotel of a similar category.

Your english speaking local guide is going to pick you up early in the morning and your trip takes you to the Cahuita National Park. Here lies the largest continuous coral reef in the country. After a 3 km long hike along the beach, where you will be able to see many animals such as capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, sloths, and perhaps poisonous snakes you are going to reach the tip of the national park where your snorkel equipment awaits to explore the Caribbean coral reefs. Early in the morning your shuttle transfer will bring you to Guapiles where the hotel bus a deliciuos breakfast and your english speaking local guide awaits you. The tour continues through banana plantations and along 32 Km of waterways and rivers until you reach the town of Tortuguero. The Tortuguero National Park is one of the most important nature preserves in Costa Rica offering each year a perfect nesting place for leatherback and green turtles. Aninga Lodge***or similar Lodge

In the early morning hours you will experience the beauty of the rainforest on a boat trip through the canals of the Tortuguero National Park. During this boat trip you will discover a lot of animals than can only be seen in this tropical paradise. A walk in the rainforest is also included in your package. In the morning hours you will be transported by boat back to the harbor and you will continue by bus to Guapiles where you will enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you will continue your journey back to San Jose where the hotel bus is going to leave you at your hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel Parque del Lago.

If your holiday in Costa Rica ends today you will be picked up 3 hours prior flight departure time and brought to the international Airport Juan Santamaria. If not further travel arrangements on your own or extension week at the beach.
