Day 1: Arrival -Faro

Arrive at the Faro airport and private transfer. Walking tour in the vicinity of the hotel. Enjoy a cool beer in one of the many bar terraces facing the sea.

Day 2: Seven Hanging Valleys Trail (6km walk)

Walk along the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail (7 Vales Suspensos), the most scenic hiking route of the Algarve. Discover the Beautiful beaches of Praia Da Marinha, Praia de Benagil and Praia do Carvalho, followed by a boat tour of approx. 2 hours to visit the grottos.

Day 3:Porto Covo

Private transfer to Porto Covo, a fishing village with typical whitewashed houses and cottages, cobbled streets and pretty squares. For keen walkers Porto Covo is one of Europe’s best known long-distance trails. Enjoy the beach and a typical dinner.

Day 4: Ceral do Alentejo to Porto Covo (18km walk)

This section of the hike goes from Cercal do Alentejo to Porto Covo which is a connection between the Fisherman’s Trail and the Historical Way. Walk by a few villages and wild beaches, interact with the locals. In Porto Covo relax, at one of the beautiful beaches and enjoy a cool beer before your transfer.

Day 5: Porto Covo to Vila Nova de Milfontes (20km walk)

Hike the Fisherman’s Trail from Porto Covo to Vila Nova de Milfontes. Pass the Pessegueiro beach with an option to relax by the sea or have lunch in recommended restaurants.

Day 6: Almongrave to Vila Nova de Milfontes (15km walk)

Private transfer to Almongrave, where you will also pass the famous Funas Beach, elected as one of the best beaches all over Portugal in 2012. After arriving in Vila Nova de Milfontes, private transfer to the Zambujeira do Mar village.

Day 7: Zambujeira do Mar to Odeceixe (18km walk)

This hiking stage is one of the most beautiful ones of the Rota Vicentina. You will see lots of amazing cliffs and beaches like the beach of Odexceixe.

Day 8: Departure - Faro

Private transfer to Faro airport. If desired, you can also extend your stay at a beach hotel.
